When to report itIf you’re a visitor and things still look broken after a refresh and browser change:
- The chat widget doesn’t appear at all.
- Images or icons inside the widget don’t load.
- Knowledge Base pages load partially or only show content after a refresh.
Quick checks
- Refresh the page – sometimes cached scripts need a reload.
- Try another browser – if it works there, the issue may be with plugins in your main browser.
- Temporarily disable ad‑blockers or privacy extensions for the site and reload.
- Widget images not loading.
- KB articles failing to load fully.
