I clicked a link but it opened the wrong song

AYΞYE

What might be happening

Because many songs live on multiple platforms and share similar names or versions, a link may occasionally point to:

  • A different version of the same song (e.g., SLM vs WPA vs HSM).
  • The wrong playlist or an older draft link.
  • An entirely different track in the archive.
Step 1 – Check the track codeEach AYEYE song has a track code (e.g., AYE‑SLM‑013). On song pages or credits, verify:
  • The code shown next to the title.
  • The code shown in the URL or playlist listing.
If the code on the page doesn’t match the audio you’re hearing, it’s likely a link mapping issue.
Step 2 – Try another platform linkIf the embedded player is wrong but another platform link is listed:
  • Open the track on Suno/SoundCloud/Spotify directly.
  • Confirm if that platform link plays the correct audio.
This helps narrow down whether the issue is on the AYEYE site or the underlying service.
Step 3 – Report the mismatchUse the chat widget to send:
  • The page URL.
  • The track code and title you expected.
  • What actually played (track title and code if visible).
  • Which link you clicked (embedded player vs a specific icon).
The archive can then update the mapping so future visitors get the correct version.
