How do I get support or report a problem?

Use the chat widgetOn most AYEYE pages, you’ll see a small chat icon powered by tawk.to.
You can use it to:
  • Ask quick questions about where to start.
  • Report problems (links not working, audio not playing, etc.).
  • Share feedback about lyrics, presets, or the site.
When you open the widget:
  1. Search the Knowledge Base first. You may see instant answers from KB articles.
  2. If you still need help, send a message. Responses may come from:
    • AI Assist using the KB.
    • A human reviewing your request.
Reporting specific issuesWhen you report an issue, include:
  • The page URL where it happened.
  • The track code or song title (e.g., AYE‑SLM‑013 – “When the Day Don’t Start”).
  • What you expected to happen.
  • What actually happened (error messages, silence, wrong track, etc.).
  • Your browser/device if relevant.
This helps fix the issue faster and keeps the archive clean.
